The Cadco XAFT-04FS-TD Bakerlux TOUCH Heavy-Duty Convection Oven is made of heavy-duty stainless steel construction with a top-opening double wall cool-touch glass door. It features digital touch controls for time, temperature & humidity, (4) shelves, a 10 hour timer or continuous on, 9 baking steps, auto fan & heat shut-off when door is opened, (1) automatically reversible fan, (2) fan speeds, interior LED light, & extra large motor. It saves up to (99) programs with graphic control panel, has USB programming capability, wi-fi, and data driven cooking. It holds (4) full size sheet pans (not included) and has a 4 cubic feet interior. A light flashes and unit beeps at end of cooking cycle. Includes electro valve for direct water connection.
