The Cadco XAFT-04FS-TR Bakerlux TOUCH Heavy-Duty Convection Oven is made of heavy-duty stainless steel construction with a side-opening double wall cool-touch glass door. The side opening door automatically locks at the start of the cooking cycle and automatically opens at the end of the cooking cycle. This oven features digital touch controls for time, temperature & humidity, (4) shelves, a 10 hour timer or continuous on, 9 baking steps, auto fan & heat shut-off when door is opened, (1) automatically reversible fan, (2) fan speeds, interior LED light, & extra large motor. It saves up to (99) programs with graphic control panel, has USB programming capability, wi-fi, and data driven cooking. It holds (4) full size sheet pans (not included) and has a 4 cubic feet interior. A light flashes and unit beeps at end of cooking cycle. Includes electro valve for direct water connection.
