Ideal for any restauarant, coffee shop, hotel bar, or housekeeping areas, the Delta 5-E Underbar Dish / Glasswasher functions as both a glasswasher and a dishwasher, accommodating wares up to 11-1/2 (292 mm) high. It only uses 1.16 gallons (4.39 liters) of water per cycle and can clean up to 40 racks (1440 glasses) per hour. The operating cycle runs for 90 seconds. With a push-button start, electromechanical controls, and built-in chemical pumps and priming switches, this product is fully loaded. It comes with a stainless steel wash pump, lower rotary wash arm, and fixed upper jets. Its swing-out control box, side control panel for quick access to switches, and adjustable bullet feet, allow for easy service and access. Use the dial temperature gauge for constant monitoring of temperature. This unit has durable side skirt panels and a latch-type front (lower) panel.
