The Kintera KF3-N / 919594 3-Tube Floor Fryer can hold 40 pounds of liquid to give you ample space for all the fried items on your menu. A cool-zone in the tank keeps food ready for serving or close to the oil for double frying. The fry tank is a peened all stainless steel tank with an efficient high heat baffle system, and a 1-1/4 inch full port drain valve. The front and door are stainless steel. Two fry baskets are included with red plastic coated handles. The Millivolt thermostat allows a temperature range of 200°F to 400°F. A back-up safety hi-limit control shuts the fryer down if shortening exceeds the maximum temperature. The thermostat, gas valve and hi-limit are Invensys / Robertshaw parts.
