The Wells F-30 Electric Countertop Dual Pot Fryer is one of the most dependable, durable and easy-to-use fryers in the industry and comes with (2) side hanging, full-size standard fry baskets. The dual, deep drawn fry pots are removable and made of stainless steel for strength, durability and long life. Fry pots are easily removable and each hold 15 pounds of oil. Dual pots with separate controls offer flexibility to fry different menu items without flavor transfer while conserving energy by turning one kettle off during non-peak hours. Oil temperature is operated by a positive off, adjustable, snap-action thermostat that ranges from 200°F to 375°F. A manual reset safety thermostat shuts the heating element power should an over temperature occur. This product measures at 16-3/4 inches tall (with adjustable 4 inch legs) by 24 inches wide by 24 inches deep. NSF, UL, CSA, 208/240v/60/1-ph, 8,638/11,500 watts, 41.5/47.9 amps.
